Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Denmark. Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day leave the same day from the warehouse that has the stock, Copenhagen (Brøndby) or Aarhus (Risskov). Most deliveries arrive the next working day.
- Delivery: 59 kr. excl. VAT per order.
- Free delivery on orders over 1.500 kr. excl. VAT.
- Click and collect from either warehouse, free, usually ready within two hours.
- Pallet deliveries for large trade orders are booked with you by phone.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Retail customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law. Opened chemicals cannot be returned for safety reasons unless they are faulty. Contact the trade desk for a return label.
Safety data sheets
Every chemical we sell has a safety data sheet in Danish and English. Trade customers find them on each product page and in their account. Ask the trade desk if you need a full set for a site folder or an audit.
Trade accounts
Businesses with a CVR or EU VAT number can apply for a trade account. We check the application within one working day. Approved accounts see trade prices in price group A, B or C, buy by the case, and can pay on Net 30 terms once a credit limit is set.
